Shipping is from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand Via DHL Express. Due to Covid 19 and reduced flights, freight charges have increased considerably. The following prices are subsidised by Edmund Hillary Brands.

All items are sent in card or home compostable satchels from New Zealand company, www.betterpackaging.co.nz.

Our products are shipped via DHL Express and the import costs are covered as part of the shipping fee so you should not be asked to pay duty. If you are contacted by customs then please email us at hello@edmundhillary.com.

All orders placed will be despatched within 48 hours from our New Zealand Distribution centre. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday.

RETURNS

NEW ZEALAND & AUSTRALIA

Edmund Hillary is committed to the quality of our products and want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We will accept the return of unworn, unwashed or faulty garments with labels attached within 30 days of the date your order was shipped..  The products must be in good condition and be resellable otherwise we will not be able to refund the purchase. We regret we are unable to refund or exchange purchases that have been washed or cleaned.

OTHER COUNTRIES

For other countries we can exchange items or refund you for a returned item (received in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn with tags still attached) within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. The return freight will be at your own expense.

For sizing, however, if you use our FITTING SERVICE we will organise and offer free collection of the exchange of this item if it does not fit.

Due to the high cost of freight in the pandemic we ask that you do not order multiple sizes for trying and return.
