SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping is from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand via international courier. Please be aware that all courier companies are experiencing considerable delays due to post pandemic recovery so are likely to vary from the standard times below.

Due to reduced flights, freight charges have increased considerably. The following prices are subsidised by Edmund Hillary Brands.

We will deliver to most countries however you may be liable to pay import duties and sales taxes if applicable. It is the customer's responsibility to deal with any issues arising with these charges. Please note that eg in the EU and UK these charges can be very high.

Unless goods are faulty, returns or exchanges will be at your cost. If the goods are faulty we will refund you the cost of the postage.

All items are sent in card or home compostable satchels from New Zealand company, www.betterpackaging.co.nz.

Please note that the shipping rates below are variable according to exchange rates so please check your basket before payment.

All orders placed will be despatched within 48 hours from our New Zealand Distribution centre. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday.

RETURNS

NEW ZEALAND & AUSTRALIA

Edmund Hillary is committed to the quality of our products and want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We will accept the return of unworn, unwashed or faulty garments with labels attached within 30 days of the date your order was shipped..  The products must be in good condition and be resellable otherwise we will not be able to refund the purchase. We regret we are unable to refund or exchange purchases that have been washed or cleaned. We will ask you to fund the cost of postage to return the product unless item is faulty.

OTHER COUNTRIES

For other countries we can exchange items or refund you for a returned item (received in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn with tags still attached) within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. The return freight will be at your own expense.

For sizing, however, if you use our FITTING SERVICE we will organise and offer free collection of the exchange of this item if it does not fit.

Due to the high cost of freight in the pandemic we ask that you do not order multiple sizes for trying and return.
